Jeremy ,
I tried this in windoze 98, without any connection to a
DSP-10, in fact the port I tried only had a mouse connected.
I have no idea what the numbers should be, but this is what
I captured from the DOS window:
power10[] = 6869:0004
pwrdat[] = 68EA:0004
dnorm[] = 69EC:0004
lt_dnorm[] = 6AEE:0004
lt_pwrdat[] = 6B6F:0004
pd16[] = 6BF0:0004
cwmbuf[] = 6C71:0004
Downloading DSP pointers...
Timeout error in obtaining DSP pointer table. Either
UHF3.EXE is prior to 2.0 or DSP is not responding.
Exiting to DOS.
I believe all this indicates is that there was no serial
communication.
Do you have a way to get a version of DOS running ? Older
versions of windows include a COMMAND.COM and can usually
boot from a floppy.
I think all you need are MSDOS.SYS, IO.SYS and a COMMAND.COM
to get the system booted. Other files will be needed to load
the DSP-10 and EZ-Lite.

There might be issues with ports that are Plug-n-Play and
assigned by the OS. This task used to be handled by BIOS.
Unfortunately UHFA.EXE is dependent on direct serial port
access.
Maybe you can get the DOS BOX program to do this. Look for
problems with the serial port. It appears that the port is
available to the loader. Maybe DOS BOX is looking at the
wrong port ? Cannot share resources ??
