[DSP-10] Looking for a DSP-10 only different

All,

I am considering a project of a different kind.  I really like the  
DSP-10 project.  What I want to do is build a stand-alone unit.  I  
also want to grab large chunks of the band maybe like the entire 2m  
band at one time and I want to be able to play with some digital  
voice modes.  What I need is a DSP board that I can bring data into  
at up to 20 MB per second.  Does anyone know of anything like the EZ- 
Lite board that will do that?  I know there are DSP development  
boards out there that will do that, but with price tags of $5K and  
up, I can't afford them right now.
