Daniel, 230 mills is normal standby current for the DSP-10 on initial light off. I have built 2 DSP-10's, one with the EZ-lite and one with KDSP dsp units. Both drew the same current upon initial turn on. The 11 volts is fine for the early tests. The reason for this voltage is because the regulators have probably not been heat sinked to the case yet. Good job and looks like you are almost home free. The rig will draw about 600 mills when it is up fully and in transmit.
