Go to my web site and download the Initial tune up procedures for 
more information  on the setup.  It is the original article by W7PUA 
with the additions by myself and KO7N in red to further help in the 
setup.  You might check out link to Roger KA7EXM on the PLL too. It 
is very good reading too.
