[DSP-10] Problems with Serial Shift Registers.

Chuck,

What are you listening to at 10 GHz at OVRO?  Do you work there (or 
Caltech) or know somebody?

I was once out there on a GPS field experiment (CASA UNO, early 1988) 
and enjoyed touring the grounds.
