[DSP-10] A Clock Question

I vote for :     SET TZ=GMTØ

This is a good time of the year for all DSP-10 
owners to skip the Daylight savings time switch 
and go to GMT.  If you need to know what the 
local time is look at your wrist watch.

Besides this makes for easier programming tooooooo!
