Hi Chuck,

I'm going to guess it's programmed with UHF3X.EXE, you did say FLASH, and if that's the case. it should not need anything to start. (except power)

IF IF IF.. that's indeed the case, then all you need to do is start UHFA.EXE in the PC and you should be good. The DSP doesn't care if anyone's listening, the PC does, but it will wait. When the PC loads UHFA.EXE, it will find all your previous settings from UHFA.CFG and the DSP will get busy and set up the transverter.
