As I recall, one of the PLL IC's is no longer in production. TAPR and/or
Steve Bible did have some, I think. You may luck into someone who bought a
kit and hasn't had time to build it. I've got most of the pieces for two
that I've done a little work on... hope to get back to them this Winter.
