[DSP-10] Software birdie???

I am in the process of building a DSP-10 for NG4C and have the 2 PLLs up 
and running with the KDSP10x.  I do not have the RF nor audio section 
done.  The KDSP is only connected via P101.  I noticed in CW mode, there is 
a birdie of about 3dB @1200Hz with the freq set for 144.000  It does move 
up in audio freq as I increase the RF Freq.

I am running with the latest 3.5 software and the latest DSPx software.
