[DSP-10] transverter settings in configuration file

Well,  I've had success!  I replaced the tvtr0 and tvtr1 with the parameters 
for my transverter.  The same line would not work with tvtr3.  Since I have 
only one transverter (for now) it's not a problem.

I'm curious, but happy that it works.  Thanks for all of the great help.

B.T.W.  This is the tvtr lines with corrections for offset / error.
