[DSP-10] Restarting the DSP-10

Well, now I'm more confused.  Senddolr wasn't what did it, I wasn't 
even using it on the correct Com port!

At this point I'm starting and stopping UHFA without touching the DSP 
as if it had always worked that way.  So... never mind.

(But I'd still like to do an EPROM.)
