[DSP-10] DSP-10 to 70 cm

it's not cheep but the only thing that came to mind was the Kuhne /  
DB6NT stuff, specifically the TR432H which is a complete system. You  
can see it here:www.ssbusa.com/mku70cm.html.  They also have  
transverter modules for 432 the TV28-432 the only thing is the IF is  
28.0.
