[DSP-10] Feedthru capacitors

I am going to build a second DSP box for the DSP-10 and am looking for the 
feedthru capacitors.  It appears the Newark part # 19F687 is for a Spectrum 
Control PI network and while it maybe ideal, the cost of over $4.00 ea is a 
little expensive. Also, it does not match what was supplied in the kit.

What is the part being supplied in the kit and where do I obtain them?
