[DSP-10] DSP-10 Jumpers

Hello all you DSP-10 building experts!
 I've a little question. I'm just into the construction of my unit and at
the first step, the installation of the jumper wires and coax. Can I
install all the surface mount parts on top of the board first and then
the wires after?
 The reason is that the board would be a bit wobbley while I try to solder
in the invisible parts on the top.
