I just checked my stock of CD-ROMs here and it is in

[drive:]\adi_dsp\21xx\BIN.

No.  So far, no one has reported being able to load the DSP-10 code into 
Flash and have it run successfully.  Other complex programs, like 
Pic-A-Star, are running fine.

I don;t have a DSP-10 set up here to play with it, but perhaps someone 
on the list has succeeded and can share their tips and tricks with us.

It takes time an patience to learn the ins and outs.  But they are 
generally good tools and work well.
