[DSP-10] Files for Brickette PCB

Thanks for catching the vendor confusion, Mike. For Mike's files in
bricket.zip, I meant to lead to the company ExpressPCB, but didn't. In my
mistake, I accidentally listed what looks like possibly a good source for
PCB using Gerber files. OK, let me try to summarize, and others may add to
this:

If you use the Gerber files from
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/amp2.zip you should be compatible with
AP CIrcuits, Calgary, http://www.apcircuits.com
PCBExpress http://www.pcbexpress.com

If you use Mike's files from
http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/bricket.zip you should be compatible with
ExpressPCB, http://www.expresspcb.com/index.htm

Prices vary amongst the vendors, and the quantities ordered. The Gerber
files include solder masks and top silk screens, but for small quantities
there can be big savings by not using these. The QST article was done on a
board without these layers. Also note that this amplifier board has almost
solid ground on the bottom layer, and does NOT (even in production) have
bottom solder mask or silk screen markings.

Ordering instructions are on each of the web sites listed above. I have
ordered from AP Circuits, and Mike has ordered from ExpressPCB. We have
both had good experiences!

Bob W7PUA
