[DSP-10] Java front end, a start

Thanks Ken,

Several folks have reported that renaming the file extension from  .zip 
(that IE gives it) to .jar makes it recongnizable and executable by the 
the Java runtime environment.  That didn't work here, but it may work 
for you....Obviously I will find a better distribution method when all 
is said and done.

Good news is that this afternoon I got it to talk to the radio enough to 
change modes with the buttons on the panel.  Right now I need to get the 
serial communicaitons reliable.  I am receiving the data packets from 
the radio just fine...I don't have anything to do with them yet, but at 
least I know I can read the data when it comes time to make use of 
them.  More problematic is the CPU to radio side.  Right now writing to 
the comport is very unreliable and often reports back that it is unable 
to write for no apparent reason.  I'm trying to debug that part right 
now before I move on much farther.
