[DSP-10] Comments on loading DSP10 into DSPx

Hi

1. When I looked at the trace I thought it had loaded OK but it hadn't 
at all (it wouldnt talk to UHFA). I think that the trace appends to 
itself to provide the running history for debugging.
2. So what I am going to do is to try and repeat the whole process 
again. Now I know I can always 'manually' load the DSPx then I will go 
back over everything and try again.
