[DSP-10] DSP-10 as Automatic Noise Figure ?

Being a VHF/microwave freak myself I'm all for this.  We are lucky 
enough to have access to a NF meter once a year or so in this town, but 
it sure would be nice to have a reasonably accurate NF meter that isn't 
under lock and key 364 days/year.
