[DSP-10] DSP-10 as Automatic Noise Figure ?

Hello !

I have been thinking abt to use the DSP-10 as a noise figure meter. It 
would have been nice to have a "Noise figure meter"
user interface running in the PC -using the functions in the DSP, I 
guess that it is not neccesary to change anything in the DSP
software.

It should be possible to enter the ENR value (for the noise source ) 
then run a calibration, insert the DUT and get the gain and NF presented 
directly on the screen. (could of course be used with transverters too)

The noise source ON/OFF switching would require a small driver circuit 
to get 28 V - There are probably some signal that could be
used to control the noise source driver.

I am not that much into software programming that I could fix such a 
project - but it had been nice to se and test it , if there are
someone who is interested ?
