[DSP-10] SIM2181 Anyone?

I read Lyle's excellent write-up (http://www.kk7p.com/dsp.html) on getting 
the 2181 tools to run under WindowsXP. However, I have so far been 
unsuccessful at getting SIM2181.EXE to run. I even resorted to running 
Window 98 in MS's Virtual PC. I am getting a GPF when I attempt to run the 
executable. Has anyone else been successful at getting SIM2181 to run? My 
sense is that it has to do with an architecture file but I have the in the 
current dir and have specified the full path.
