[DSP-10] Question About The Status of the DSP-10

I'll let Bob answer that, but like you I think the answer is yes.

The code is in assembler for efficiency.

Turns out that you just have to set up XP to handle the tools and then 
you don;t even need DOSBox, except perhaps for the simulator.  Details
