Dan,
I'm finally building my DSP-10 kit, one of the ones that you put
together for the first AMSAT buy something like five years ago.
(See http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ecbduncan/dsp10.html for the chronical
of my ultra-slow progress.)
Tonight I did the FILTER_T parts. Although 18 F numbers are listed (on
two different part sheets and on the board):
F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F101, F102, F103, F105, F106, F108, F109, F110,
F111, F112, F113, F114, and F115, both parts lists say there are 17
parts (the 470 pf Pi filters) and there are indeed 17 parts in the
kit. Hmmmm. To your and everybody else's credit I've put down nearly
everything else and all parts counts have been exactly right until now.
Anyway, what should I do? Can I order one (or a few) of these from
somewhere? Is there an easy work around just using a standard 470 pf
cap of some regular sort? I hate to put anybody through a big pushup
for this. Maybe I'll just start a shopping list. For now I'm just
leaving off F115 which doesn't look like a show-stopper, and leaving a
note for myself.
Thanks for all the effort you put into these. I'm looking forward to
getting the thing on the air in the next two or three months.
