[DSP-10] DSP-10 in LSB

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the message.  I have done some additional checking and it
appears to be just a "meter" problem in LSB.  I've used it several times
and measured the power out of the amp.   It sounds good on the downlink
and everything seems to work OK in LSB so there is no rush to get a fix
for me.  I guess not many (or none) use the rig in LSB!

I would like to have the tone in FM.  I have another FM rig available for
2M but it's sort of neat using the DSP-10 on the satellites.
