[DSP-10] Need some help with initial setup

When I had trouble in U107 shift resister of my DSP-10, the D1-A1 
voltage showed same value as you experience above. Did you get correct 
voltage pattern for U107 for each RF gain in BOTH CASES of UDIAG2.EXE 
and UHFx.EXE? In my case it was OK when UDIAG2.EXE running while it was 
wrong when UHFx.EXE running. This problem has been solved by Bob W7PUA 
and others. I am not sure if it could be applied to your case. Anyway 
the discussion and the solution should be found on the threads for 
"U107 Voltages" and "DSPx/KDSP10 modification needed".
