[DSP-10] CTCSS

Hi Joe,

Interestingly, just a week ago I added a programmable pair of FM transmit
tones to the UHF3 DSP program. Their control has been implemented in the
UHFA PC program as DTMF and seem to work OK. There are plans to add CTCSS,
requiring only small additions to UHFA. This will be specified as a
frequency and a level. The frequency accuracy is about 0.3 Hz.

Also planned is a programmable T/R tone beep, mainly for non-USA use.

There is an update coming for everyone's use that will include all this,
and a few other items. As usual, no specific dates!!
