[DSP-10] Getting Started on First DSP-10

I'm starting to receive my DSP-10 components to be assembled. I've just 
received the little QST Oct 03 Digital Radio Mondial 455 KHz IF to 12 
KHz Converter Board from Farr Circuits. Unfortunately they did not 
include a copy of the QST Oct 03 article. So now I have the board but do 
not know which value of components to put on it.

Would anyone be able to send me a scanned copy of the QST Oct 03 Digital 
Radio Mondial article? Or point me to a website with that article online?
