[DSP-10] EMRFD Code for 17m Xcvr

Greetings team:

In lieu of Bob being out, and Lyle off to launch a satellite, I'll try to
clarify things here.

There are two projects that Bob released, both on the AD2181 board:

	DSP-10 (2m transceiver)

	EMRFD 17m transceiver

Each had their own code base.

Lyle's board, the KDSP module (DSPx) replaces the AD2181, yet has minor
differences in the A/D that require slight code alterations.

At first, the DSP-10 code base was altered to allow the DSPx module to be
used within the DSP-10 (2m transceiver).

Now, Bob G3PJT has altered the EMRFD 17m transceiver code from the AD2181
base, such that the DSPx module can be used in the 17m transceiver
instead-of the 2181.
