[DSP-10] EME2 problem

Hello Bob....this is Hermann again.

This lately reported problem with the stall in EMe2 mode at TX happens on a 
DSP-10 with the old EZ Lite DSP Kit.

After my mail yesterday I tried again and I found out that maybe one out of 
three times shutting down of the program and restart the PC EME2 works like it 
should work.
