[DSP-10] Adjusting clock

Hi Gerard....de Hermann, DC9UP.
We over here have the same behaviour, but if you watch this cycling pulse for 
a long time you will see how it is moving to one side or the other. You need 
some time to see it.
If you have a storage scope on hand it will be easy to see.
When both pulses are close and I assume they are very close time related, it 
will take maybe more then an hour to see the difference.
