[DSP-10] Minor bug, E1 errors

I introduced a bug at version 3.15 (and later) of UHFA.EXE. When the last
byte of spectral data from the DSP to the PC is an escape character (24
Hex), there is a false "E1 data lost" error message. I haven't fixed it
yet, but shall soon! Just ignore these for now. If the beep is annoying,
go to the UHFA.CFG and change beep_on_error from a 1 to a 0, for now.

If you haven't seen this, you don't have conditions that causes the last
spectral data point to be 24.
