[DSP-10] Corrected File for DSPx users

Hi again,

A new file has been posted to the Web site.  I just ran this with the DSPx 
and it ran correctly, here.

The file names are still the same. This saves me some time, but leaves the 
possibility for confusion. Here are the corrected versions:

uhf3x_25.zip, dated 17 March 2004 contains the corrected file
UHF3X.EXE   dated 14 March 2004, 9:47a, 93227 bytes.

This does not affect the EZ-Kit version at all. Also 3.16 version of the 
UHFA.EXE for the PC is OK.

I hope this fixes everything...  Again, sorry for introducing the wrong file.
