[DSP-10] DSP Program

Hi - I am not able to remember any incompatibilities!  What happens when 
you try to load UHF3.EXE?  Is this with EZFAST? Do you have success with 
any other loader?

I might add that I am about to make version 2.5 of the UHF3.EXE available, 
with several updates to the voice handling, along with other improvements.
