[DSP-10] ADI Tools on Windows XP

I finally found a way to run the ADI tools under Windows XP.

There is a program called "dosbox" at
http://dosbox.sourceforge.net that can be installed under
WinXP.  It not only allows you to run the ADI freeware
toolchain, it lets you run the sim2181 simulator as well! 
The simulator wouldn't run under a "dos window" even under
older windows verisons; you had to reboot under DOS.

The downside is that dosbox is a little slow.

I am travelling right now, so internet acess is not terribly
convenient, but I hope to put full instructions on how to
set up and use dosbox for the adi tools on my website after
I get back from Kazakhstan.
