Sound strange. In fact, you should have at least 2 or 3 MHz of range when going 
from lower voltage to upper voltage. Otherwise, it means your lock range if 
very small. When you change frequency by 1 MHz step, what is the frequency you 
read when going from 5V to 0V (or 0V to 5V) at R104/R105 junction?
