[DSP-10] Serial Bus Diagnostics

I wanted to perform this diagnostics before I proceed to PLL Diagnostics. I 
loaded udiag1.exe with the command "ezfast l 1 udiag1 G" and the FL1 LED 
blink correctly.

After that, I loaded uhf3.exe but it failed, having "received time out" 
error. I've tried by using the command "ezfast l 1 uhf3 G", "ezfast l 1 
uhf3", "ezld 1 uhf3 G", and "ezld 1 uhf3". But all failed.

Why is that so?
