[DSP-10] U107 Voltages

Hello Yamamoto,

Congratulations on getting your DSP-10 together and close to working!

I checked my DSP-10 using Lyle's DSPx + DSP-10 interface board, and the
pattern for the RF gain was correct. I am trying to imagine what would
cause the pattern that you are seeing. It would seem that there is an
extra Ser_Clk clock pulse coming from somewhere. Most places that would
cause the extra pulse would do it for each of the clock pulses, not one.

What voltages do you see on U108 QA to QH? In receive, I believe only QC
(U108-2) should be 5V and the others 0V. What success are you seeing with
programming the PLL frequency synthesizers?
