[DSP-10] Question on Filter

Can someone explain to me some of the concepts of filter?

1. The filter derives from a design by Rick Campbell "has a 20-dB rejection 
25MHz out of band". What does it means?

2. What are the corner frequencies of this bandpass filter?

3. For the second bandpass filter, I believe the corner frequencies are 
144MHz and 148MHz.
