[DSP-10] Need Working Kit or tech assistance

I am heading up a senior design project at West Point on Software
Radios. We bought Bob Larkin's DSP-10 2 meter radio kit for our model.
Unfortunately, the assembly is more than we can handle given our
consraints. We need a finished product to really get started...seeking a
working kit to borrow or buy or some tech assistance to finish what
we've started. Any help would be much appreciated. Contact info is
