[DSP-10] Testing KDSP10/DSPx

Yeah!!
Finally can see the sign-on message on the HyperTerm.

The problem is with the surface mount IC. Few pins are actually not mounted 
to the board. Next time need to be very careful when doing the surface mount 
for DSP-10 board.
