Hello Matthew,

You may be seeing a correct indication.  First I would make sure that U107
is being loaded correctly.  The value loaded into U7 determines the voltage
out of D2-A1 and D1-A1.  Check the "Serial Bus Diagnostics" web page at

   http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/dig_ser1.htm

Let us know what you see.
