Hello Tan,
The chocolate colored coax is RG-316. The remarkable thing about this coax
is that it is made of Teflon. So heat will not melt the insulation. Use
this coax for the bottom side of the PCB jumpers that call for coax. The
Teflon is best suited for these jumpers.
The black coax is RG-174. The insulation is regular PVC type. So it will
melt. Use it for connecting between the connectors on the PCB to the BNC
connectors on the enclosure.
