[DSP-10] construction's doubts

I have some doubts on constructing the DSP10. Hope someone could help me.

There are 2 coax cables come with the box, one is black in color, the other 
is chocolate color. Which one is used for wiring W13, W24 and W29 ?

I am using DSPx/KDSP10 module. The interfacing schematic found in 
http://www.fidalgo.net/~wa7gxd/kdsp10.html does not show the use of U201 
voltage regulator and C222 capacitor. Is that mean I can ignore them ?

The uhf3dp20.zip downloaded from http://www.proaxis.com/~boblark/dsp10.htm 
does not include hp10fir.dat file. This file is needed in UHF3_UTL.DSP. Can 
someone send me this file?
