Hi John,

I looked over the spec of the gasfet mmic that you referred to. The
operating frequency specification 1.5Ghz is much higher than the 2M band
for this device. I do not believe that it could be used because the gain
would probably drop because of small coupling capacitances within the
device or there would be too much gain at low frequencies causing it to
become unstable at 150 MHz

I built the DSP-10 using the DSPX module and found that it is quite
sensitive, I get a good indication of power levels down to -147dBm
