[DSP-10] It works ! VHF VCO, KK7P DSP

         I decided to check it before I leave.. Yes the correction seems to 
have fixed the backwards DAC leads...I reversed leads back to original.. 
All is well.
I did not run full mode checks, but it cured the big problem...
