That all looks in order to me... This flaky problem cropped up
back when I originally built it, and it had something to do with loading
timing...I swapped the 74HC575's back then, and the problem went away for
the most part, unless I did fast large freq changes....It seems more like
a timing type problem. I was suggested to check the diagnostics programs
which I will do, but that proved fruitless last time as it was not a wiring
or assy problem, but something more elusive...
I never really did positively ID the culprit, but I may start
replacing chips and parts on this if I cannot get it to play nice..
