[DSP-10] New Version 3.04

Hi DSP-10ers,

There are a couple of bug fixes in the Version 3.04 of the UHFA.EXE program
for the PC. This is available for download from
http://proaxis.com/~boblark/dsp10.htm
To install on existing systems, unzip it and copy in replacement of the
existing UHFA.EXE.

The fixes are:
1-Push-to-Talk lockup, that occurred on some computers is fixed.
2-Path information from the configuration file variable fdata_path is now
used for all data files. It was mistakenly using fscreen_path. An exception
that has always been there is the ALT-F dump, with a path to A:\ or B:\. For
that case, the default drive (where UHFA.EXE is located) will be used,
ignoring the path.
3-Paths in UHFA.CFG can now be either lower case or caps, as is conventional
for DOS.
4-The "E30-PLL Unlocked" message, at startup, that occurred on some
computers is no more.
