Bob and/or Mike,

Cannot get links to the two conference proceedings in chapter 2 to 
work.  Are they correct?

Great work on the User's Manual ... haven't digested it yet, but 
looks very good!!! Thanks to both Bob W7PUA and Mike KD7TS for 
providing it.
