It looks like a good solution for fine-pitch QFPs where you can inspect the
solder joints and try again if necessary. Soldering 0.4 and 0.5 mm pitch
parts by hand is nearly impossible. The problem with BGAs is inspecting the
inner balls to see if they are soldered correctly.
