[DSP-10] Voltage problems during checkout

	I am having a few problems with voltages during initial checkout
with 11V applied to the main DSP-10 board. R59 is 1.45V, and R110 is
1.34V.  U1, and U2 are reading 0V.  I noticed that the +10R point on the
bottom right hand of the board is also reading 0V.  What is the correct
orientation of Q105, and Q106? I have the part number facing towards the
bottom of the board. (For reference, the bottom is the side with the two
voltage regulators).  I misplaced my schematics, so I am flying a little
blind here.
